WHAT IS RSS?
RSS is an easy way for you to keep track of the latest news from your favourite websites in one convenient place.

RSS, which stands for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication, allows you to see the latest headlines from your favourite sites, and to click directly through to the articles that you want to read.


HOW DO I USE RSS?
To use RSS, you will need to first download a special RSS news reader that will allow you to collect and display RSS feeds. Many readers are available, and most are free. You'll find several options to choose from below:

Bloglines is a FREE online service which allows you to search for the content of your interest and identify the feeds you want to track. Once you "subscribe" to those feeds (a single-click maneuver in most cases), Bloglines will constantly check those feeds for changes or additions and direct new information onto your Bloglines personal page. NewsGator is an RSS reader. It can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook that allows you to manage and view news feeds via an email format.
